Pre-K and K : We have been learning numbers, cardinal ---1,2,3 and ordinal--first, second , third.
This month we will learn characters, setting, and plot in stories we read. We will also learn some finger plays.
1st: We will review characters, setting, and plot in stories. We will learn how to take AR tests.
2nd: We will learn AR tricks to help us take our tests. We will go over alphabetical order in dictionaries.
3rd: We will learn AR tricks. We will begin our dictionary lessons.
4th: We will begin out refernece lessons with the dictionary.
5th: We will learn the difference between primary and secondary resources for research.
We have had many wonderful donations to our school. If you have book shelves at home that you need to clean out, please consider donating books to Sedalia Park. Most of the donations go to the classrooms for the collections in the rooms.
