Third grade is a busy time. Here is a list of our major units:
Reading/Language Arts
- primary reading focus is improving comprehension for fiction and nonfiction text
- writing areas of focus are information, persuasive, responding to literature, narrative/poetry
- English focus consists of studying subject/predicate, subject/verb agreement, adjectives,adverbs,possessive/singular/plural nouns, pronouns
Math
