GROUP COUNSELING
If a student is invited to join a small group with a counselor, it is not to be considered an indication that there is a problem. Groups provide a unique setting for discussion of such topics as self-esteem, problem solving, anger management, family changes and other personal issues. Parents receive letters about groups before a child is placed in a group.
